Apostolic Christian Restmor in Morton, IL is looking for a full-time Data Processing Clerk!
Position Summary:
The Data Processing Clerk is responsible for the input, processing, and printing of computer-generated resident information.Essential Job Duties:
Enter and maintain information for computerized resident records, including: Maintain and produce census count reports Update system and resident information as needed Enter and print out pre-admitting and admitting data on new residents Enter resident discharges, transfers, and pay type changes as they occur Update flow sheets monthly Enter physician orders Update Care Guides Create MDS schedule Enter MDSs as they are due Enter and maintain information using Microsoft Office, including: Enter and produce various reports Updating and printing CNA assignments Distribute lists of computer entries to various departments Assist with the management of Relias (employee educational software) such as uploading new trainings, generating completion reports, and overdue training notifications Other duties as assignedQualifications:
High proficiency with Microsoft Excel High typing speed with extreme attention to detail to minimize errors Ability to manage high volumes of repetitive tasks while meeting strict deadlines Strong analytical mindset to quickly identify inconsistencies in data and correct them Excellent communication skills High school diploma or equivalent Knowledge of medical terminology preferred Ability to train 9:00am-5:30pm four days per week while training during the first 4-6 weeks of employment. Upon the completion of training, the candidate will have the option of instead working 8:00am-4:30pm four weekdays per week.Physical Requirements:
Frequent grasping, fingering, reaching and carrying up to 10 lbs.Benefits:
