Job Description

Responsibilities:
Responsible for maintaining proper operating condition of all computers, printers and software/hardware and troubleshooting and resolving all issues with assistance from Information Systems Department; training new and current staff on computer systems, software and programs; creating and modifying various reports; creating and modifying department forms; maintaining all department inventories and assets; assisting other support staff with clerical, receptionist and data entry duties.
Requirements:
Graduation from high school; experience in operation of key entry equipment, multi-line phone, and other standard office equipment; computer science background and/or experience preferred. Must be a U.S. Citizen and have a valid driver's license. Must pass a criminal and DCFS background check as well as a drug screening.
Skills:
Knowledge of grammar, spelling and mathematics; working knowledge of the methods and equipment used in entering and verifying input data; ability to accurately proofread in a timely manner; ability to type 60-65 words per minute; ability to follow written and oral instructions; and ability to use various software programs including Word and Excel.
