Laboratory Department:

Revenue Integrity Specialist (7a-3:30p) - One (1) avaliable Revenue Integrity Specialist position summary: The Revenue Integrity Specialist is responsible for supporting the Laboratory through revenue cycle oversight, compliance monitoring, and patient interaction. This role answers phones, greets patients and visitors, and ensures the integrity of billing and documentation processes. Key responsibilities include reviewing billing alerts and compliance issues, verifying insurance and medical necessity, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate documentation. The specialist also assists with patient registration, reporting, and data collection while collaborating with staff, physicians, and leadership.
Revenue Integrity Specialist required experience:
2-5 years of previous work experience in registration, billing, and/or coding Experience in revenue cycle processes preferred Ability to communicate effectively with physicians, supervisors, and staff Revenue Integrity Specialist educational requirements: High School Diploma required Training in Billing, Coding, and Revenue Cycle preferred Revenue Integrity Specialist physical requirements: Medium work as defined by the U.S. Department of Labor constitutes a maximum lift of 21-50 pounds on occasion and/or a maximum lift of 11-25 pounds on a frequent basis.
