SALARY RANGE
  • \$79,000
  • \$102,200 DISCLAIMER

  • Collaborates with PHO physician offices to collect, evaluate, and report quality and utilization data (HEDIS, CMS, MCO measures).
Develops and maintains databases/spreadsheets, prepares practitioner and PHO aggregate performance reports, supports credentialing and managed care processes, and provides administrative support to PHO leadership.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Collaborate with PHO practices and external partners for quality data collection and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain tracking databases/spreadsheets; contribute to system design for PHO efficiency.
  • Prepare individual practitioner and PHO aggregate performance and trend reports.
  • Distribute reports and information to PHO members and partners in coordination with PHO Director.
  • Assist credentialing office with provider membership approvals and MCO enrollment data.
  • Provide routine clerical support including minute-taking, correspondence, and PHO record maintenance.
  • Attend monthly evening meetings and occasional events beyond regular hours.

lists monthly and maintain archival uploads to Google Drive.
  • Update provider information for MHQP managed care patient satisfaction surveys annually.
  • Respond to email and phone requests from provider offices and stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Deliver and process sensitive mail, coordinate check deliveries, and work with accounting on PHO financial records and physician payments.
  • Order office supplies within budget and ensure equipment maintenance as needed.
  • Prioritize assignments, remain flexible, and provide general administrative support to the PHO Director and President.

FUNCTIONAL DEMANDS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Exerts up to 20 pounds occasionally, up to 10 pounds frequently; frequently reaches and handles.
QUALIFICATIONS/MINIMUM EDUCATION
  • High school graduate required; Associate degree preferred (administrative, business, healthcare, statistics, mathematics or related field preferred).
MINIMUM LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS
  • Certified coder or coder-in-training (CPC) and HCC training beneficial but not required.
REQUIRED SKILLS
  • Proficiency with databases (e.g., SQL) and Microsoft applications (Excel, Access) preferred.
  • Competent with MS Office suite and Google Workspace.
  • Advanced computer navigation and keyboarding, ability to multi-task across systems.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, administrative and record-keeping skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to data security standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, organize and follow through on projects, and engage stakeholders professionally.
