Are you detail-oriented, community-minded, and passionate about connecting people to resources? Join the Central Michigan 2-1-1 team as a 2-1-1 Resource Specialist and play a vital role in keeping our community resource database accurate, current, and compliant. In this role, youll maintain and update the regional resource database, ensure proper assignment of Alliance of Information and Referral Systems (AIRS) Taxonomy codes, and uphold national standards. Youll serve as a key liaison between Central Michigan 2-1-1 and local organizationsbuilding relationships, attending community meetings, and communicating important updates to our Information & Referral Specialists. Youll also help ensure compliance with standards set by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) and the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS).
