The Role We're looking for a detail-oriented Data Quality Specialist to support the validation and quality control of data feeds delivered to our customers. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role centered around data accuracy, consistency, and issue resolution. This position is best suited for someone who enjoys working directly with data, investigating discrepancies, and ensuring high-quality outputs. What You'll Do Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing data to ensure accuracy and completeness Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies and exceptions Review data outputs against defined quality standards and guidelines Document findings and clearly communicate issues and resolutions to internal teams Collaborate with team members to manage workload and meet production timelines Support ongoing improvements to data quality processes and workflows What You'll Bring 1-3 years of experience working with data in a quality, operations, or analyst support capacity Basic to intermediate SQL skills (focused on querying and validation, not heavy modeling) Strong Excel skills (filters, formulas, pivot tables) High attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies in data Problem-solving mindset with a curiosity to investigate issues Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a deadline-driven environment It is impossible to list every requirement for, or responsibility of, any position.
