As a key contributor to our revenue cycle management, you will support accurate billing, account reconciliation, and data entry tasks that ensure seamless financial operations. Responsibilities Manage billing processes using various accounting software and billing systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of invoices. Perform data entry and maintain detailed records of transactions, payments, and account activities using spreadsheets and accounting systems such as QuickBooks, Sage, or PeopleSoft. Reconcile accounts receivable and payable, verifying debits and credits in accordance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles). Assist with collections account management by following up on overdue payments and negotiating payment arrangements with clients. Support the revenue cycle management process through journal entries, account reconciliation, and analysis of Excel data for reporting purposes. Communicate effectively with clients regarding billing inquiries, payment status, and account discrepancies via phone or email while maintaining professional phone etiquette. Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act) controls and internal audit requirements. Experience Previous experience or internship in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred but not required. Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or PeopleSoft is advantageous. Strong understanding of basic accounting concepts including debits & credits, journal entries, accounts receivable/payable, and double-entry bookkeeping. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite—especially Excel for data analysis, formulas, and spreadsheets—is essential. Demonstrated ability to perform data entry accurately while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration. Knowledge of financial concepts related to revenue cycle management, collections, and account reconciliation will be beneficial.
