Data Platform Specialist:

What's a typical day as Data Platform Specialist? You'll be: Handling unique or complex customer transactions outside of the platform as needed. Processing customer transactions, updating, correcting, or altering transactions as requested. Addressing platform inquiries with speed and accuracy, meeting required service level agreements (SLAs). Performing transactional functions to support business and associate team member requests. Reviewing and verifying the accuracy of requests and transactions, ensuring data integrity. Supporting platform adoption and collaborating with Account Managers and Business Owners to convert opportunities. Generating data quality reports, providing insights, and offering general support for the team. This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have a two-year college degree or equivalent experience, or a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar functional area. OR have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 5 years' functional experience, preferably at a senior level. Possess strong knowledge of professional communication techniques and customer care. Are proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Excel, and have strong personal computing skills. Demonstrate organizational skills, the ability to analyze data, and provide insights. Are a team player who can prioritize tasks and operate with urgency and results orientation. Understands the importance of maintaining data integrity and optimizing business processes.
