Digital Data Records Specialist Job Location:
Tulsa, OK (100% on-site)
Job Type:
W2 Contract, 40 hours per week- 4-
Month Assignment Description:
Serve as a member of the ACM Digital Data department, responsible for the processing and retention of all aircraft maintenance records.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Learn and understand the policies and procedures of the ACM Digital Data department. Process and review maintenance records to ensure accuracy and completeness Identify, track and upload corrections to discrepant records Ensure timely, accurate and synchronized data migration from existing formats into the AirVault system Work directly with Engineering, Quality Assurance, Maintenance and other internal groups when records are needed Serve as a liaison to the Compliance group for FAA inquiries Research and resolve unmatched aircraft data Distribute and retain documents as required by AA and FAA policy Reconciliation of all aircraft log pages Review documents that have been received into the AirVault system then index and publish documents into their proper location within the system Complete other assignments and projects as directed by the
Coordinator, Supervisor or Manager Qualifications:
Associates degree or equivalent experience/training Computer literate, knowledge of Microsoft Office Software Ability to work independently, as well as with team members; self-motivated; 'can do' attitude Ability to maintain confidentiality Ability to handle multiple duties/priorities on a daily basis; ability to function effectively under deadlines and still maintain accuracy; able to keep up in a fast-paced work environment and adapt to change quickly and easily Ability to maintain focus while working at a computer for extended periods of time Effective communication skills, including the ability to read and follow directions Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills; high level of attention to detail; above average organizational skills Demonstrated sound decision-making ability Records experience/knowledge desired; Aviation maintenance records experience/knowledge a plus SCEPTRE, AirVault, System Time Control, Maintenance Aircraft Planning System and Lotus Notes experience desired 10-key by touch and typing 50 wpm 86r1o1nEtc
