Oracle OBIA Specialist Philadelphia, PA 01 Jul 2026 22704081 Summary Philadelphia, PA In-Person Competitive Salary 3 Years Experience Bachelor's degree No Commission 40.00 hours per week / Day Shift / Full-Time Description The Oracle OBIA Specialist will configure the setups related to HR, Payroll, OTL & Accrual Models; as well as design and develop enhancements, reports and ETL mapping in different data and database modules of OBIA. This role is responsible for implementing the final solutions to database requirements as per the business in the development environment. Release of the solution for production (live) operations. Assess the prospective technology frameworks and certify it through feasibility studies. Technical analysis and design for extensions (Custom Framework). Transform the functional to technical document. Transfer the data from EBS to data warehouse. Create security configuration and data to be restricted based on the user responsibility. Perform application systems development and integration tasks which include working with users to define system needs, analyzing and designing applications to meet user needs, translating logic diagrams into program statements, deploying and implementing packages and conducting research in emerging technologies. Transfer and customize/create mapping from E Business Suite source system to data warehouse using the ODI (Oracle Data Integrator) by configuring the setups in BI Application Configuration Manager. Provide process for computer program(s), system development(s) and technical support for very complex, highly critical programs and systems. Design and develop different mappings to pull all the HR Payroll and OTL data to data warehouse. Develop mapping and translate tables to different types of data mapping between EBS system and OBIA Systems. Develop fringe custom module to support the costing data model in OBIA. Extend the payroll fact to support the business needs. Extend the OTL fact to get the timecard information to data warehouse. Extend the HR fact to populate missing information in OBIA. Develop custom budget check report(s) to provide the high-level information on Mayor's office. Develop custom time entry solutions/databases for various departments like Police, Water, Fire, Street. Develop custom view/reports from databases for Departments to view/validate active payroll/HR information. Create personnel inventory/data extraction to validate HR information across systems/databases. Work with managed services to ensure accurate maintenance and migration of database systems.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Chemistry, related field, or foreign degree equivalent.
Experience Requirements:
Three (3) years of progressively responsible experience as Developer, BI Consultant, or related occupation, using OBIEE, OBIA, Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), LINUX, and Hyperion to configure, design, enhance, and integrate systems for business needs including HR Systems.
