Temp-to-Hire Overview:
We're seeking a detail-oriented Product Master Data Specialist to support the creation, maintenance, and accuracy of product master data across internal systems. This role plays a key part in ensuring data integrity, consistency, and alignment across platforms, supporting downstream teams including operations, supply chain, sales, and finance. Experience with data synchronization or catalog management is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Create, update, and maintain product master data records to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems Support product data setup including item attributes, descriptions, classifications, and pricing-related fields Assist with data synchronization between internal systems, ERP platforms, and external data sources Maintain and manage product catalogs, ensuring data completeness and adherence to governance standards Perform regular data audits, validation, and cleansing to identify and resolve discrepancies Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and resolve data issues Document processes and support continuous improvement initiatives related to data quality and efficiency Follow established data governance, controls, and approval workflows
Preferred Qualifications:
