Reporting & Data Validation Lead - Public Sector Running Logistics Tustin, CA Job Details Contract $40 - $70 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Dashboard development Data visualization software proficiency Data analysis reporting Metrics Reporting SQL Business intelligence tools Data quality monitoring Data analysis software Full Job Description Running Logistics LLC is seeking an experienced Reporting & Data Validation Lead for an anticipated multi-year California public-sector professional services project.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and validate reports, datasets, dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics.
Identify data gaps, inconsistencies, errors, anomalies, and trends.
Perform quality assurance on reporting inputs and outputs.
Develop or maintain dashboards, metric trackers, validation logs, and recurring reports.
Communicate data-quality findings to program stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in reporting, data validation, performance analytics, dashboard development, or a related function.
Experience analyzing datasets and identifying data-quality issues.
Strong spreadsheet and reporting skills.
Experience with KPIs, performance metrics, or recurring reports.
Must be based in California and available Monday-Friday during standard business hours.

Preferred:

Multi-vendor reporting or external-system validation experience.
Power BI, Tableau, SQL, ERP/reporting systems, or comparable analytics tools.
Government, public-sector, regulated, or contract-performance reporting experience.

This opportunity is contingent upon contract award.

Pay:

$40.00 - $70.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 40.0 per week Application Question(s): Are you currently based in California?
