Dean's Professional Services is now hiring for qualified Philanthropy Specialist to work in Houston, TX for a large Healthcare Organization.

Starting Pay Rate:
$23.00 / Hourly + (Based on experience)
Temporary to hire
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain and verify gift data across electronic systems.
Maintain accurate gift records and documentation.
Research and resolve data discrepancies.

Process and post institutional donations accurately and timely.
Manage daily deposits and reconcile gift transactions and exceptions.
Respond to cases, emails, and internal/external inquiries.
Research and resolve discrepancies, processing errors, and donation disputes.
Assist with special projects, reporting, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Use Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Teams, and OneDrive.
Job Requirements:
- 1+ year of clerical, office, administrative, organizational, or related experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration or a related field (Additional equivalent experience may substitute for education).
- Strong attention to detail, organization, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, adapt, collaborate, and resolve issues independently.
- Previous Institutional Advancement experience (Preferred).
