Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Imaging Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the digital transformation of physical documents, ensuring accurate and efficient scanning, indexing, and storage of vital records. Your expertise will help streamline document workflows, improve data accessibility, and support our organization's operational excellence. Responsibilities Scan and digitize a variety of physical documents with high accuracy and attention to detail Index and categorize scanned files using appropriate metadata to facilitate easy retrieval Maintain organized electronic filing systems, ensuring all documents are stored securely and systematically Verify data entry accuracy by cross-referencing digital files with original documents Utilize databases, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems, and Microsoft Excel to manage document records and generate reports Support data collection efforts by inputting information into various software platforms with speed and precision Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, order processing, and basic math calculations as needed Requirements Proven experience with data entry, transcription, or clerical roles in an office environment Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, databases, and ERP systems Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Familiarity with filing systems, document management software, and digital imaging tools Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately and efficiently Demonstrated attention to detail in data collection, typing, and order entry processes Prior office experience involving data management or administrative support preferred Join us as a Document Imaging Specialist and become a vital part of our mission to enhance operational workflows through precise digital documentation.
