ABOUT The TJC Office of Alumni Relations is seeking an enthusiastic Part-Time Data Specialist to join our dynamic team! In this role, you'll help maintain the accuracy and integrity of the alumni digital records by performing updates and corrections as needed. Under the supervision of the Manager of Alumni Operations, the data specialist will record Alumni Association memberships and process communications to new and returning members. The data specialist will assist in the creation of data reports and mailing lists as needed to support events and activities of the Alumni Relations Office.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Maintain Digital Records:
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of alumni digital records. Perform updates and corrections to maintain current and correct data.
Record Memberships:
Accurately record Alumni Association memberships in the CRM. Process communications to new and returning members. Assist with
Data Reports:
Contribute to the creation of data reports. Generate and manage mailing lists to support various events and activities.
Support Alumni Relations Activities:
Provide data-related support for events and initiatives organized by the Alumni Relations office.

WHO YOU ARE
Required Education High School diploma or equivalent Required Experience Experience working with data and CRMs High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel Comfortable working with programs that produce digital content (e.g., Constant Contact, JotForm, Raiser's Edge)

RETIREMENT
Part-Time Retirement Part-time employees are required to participate in the part-time retirement fund. The retirement fund is invested in a group fixed annuity contract with Ohio National Life Insurance Company. The plan will provide you and your beneficiary with fully vested cash settlement or income benefits after termination of employment for any reason.

Library Use Employees may utilize the Vaughn Library and Learning Resource Center. Fitness Facility Use Employee and immediate family use of the Apache Recreation Center - an indoor weight and exercise center, 18-hole disc golf course, covered basketball course, and outdoor ping-pong table and cornhole. The cost is $5 per ID.
