Job Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking a strong, detail-oriented professional with working knowledge of ERP reporting tools, accounting principles and financial data workflows (no formal accounting certification required) and process improvement. This role supports accounting operations through Excel macro processes and CyberQuery reporting within our DMSi ERP environment to create automation and workflow efficiencies. Key Responsibilities- Maintain and trouble shoot Excel spreadsheets and macros
- Develop and maintain CyberQuery reports
- Learn and leverage DMSi table structures for accurate reporting
- Support GL and month-end close
- Identify automation and efficiency improvements
- Create custom reports in order to perform accounting tasks more effectively Qualifications
- Foundational accounting knowledge and experience working with financial data
- Familiarity with accounting processes (such as reconciliations, expense tracking, financial statements)
- Advanced Excel skills (macro experience required)
- ERP experience required (DMSi or similar preferred)
- Experience with report-writing tools such as CyberyQuery preferred
Pay:
$55,000.00- $68,000.
