This role plays a critical part in managing the flow of data across internal and external systems, supporting ingestion tools, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity across the organization. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Manage accurate and timely data entry across internal and external databases and platforms Support the data ingestion process, including uploads, formatting, and tracking ingestion quality Assist with cleaning and normalizing incoming data to ensure consistency and usability Collaborate with the Data Team to maintain governance standards and flag discrepancies Participate in internal audits and quality checks to uphold data accuracy across platforms Support the testing and optimization of AI-powered ingestion tools and automations Help document data workflows and contribute to process improvements for scale Coordinate with cross-functional teams to understand and fulfill data requirements Preferred Qualifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Familiarity with database systems (e.g., Salesforce, SharePoint, Power BI) a plus Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Comfort working both independently and collaboratively A mindset for continuous improvement and proactive problem-solving Education and Experience Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience in a related field such as, but not limited to, Computer Science, Information Systems, Informatics Prior experience in data entry, operations, or analytics support is a plus The expected annual base salary for this role is $50,000 - $62,000 . Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications and geographic location. This role may also be eligible for bonuses, or other incentive compensation, as well as a benefits package including health coverage, retirement plans, and paid time off, subject to eligibility requirement.
