Job Description Data Center Technician West Memphis, AR Join Next Level Technician as a Data Center Technician in West Memphis, AR ! Responsibilities Install, route, dress, and label copper and fiber optic cabling Perform rack and stack of servers, switches, and network equipment Install cable management systems, ladder racks, cabinets, and related infrastructure Assist with equipment moves, adds, and changes (MAC work) Test and troubleshoot cabling and connectivity issues Read and interpret floor plans, rack elevations, and infrastructure layouts Maintain accurate documentation of installations and changes Follow all site-specific safety and security protocols Support data center operations and infrastructure projects as assigned Requirements Minimum 6 months of experience in a data center, low voltage, structured cabling, or related technical environment Basic understanding of copper and fiber optic cabling systems Experience with rack and stack activities preferred Ability to use basic hand tools safely and effectively Must have basic PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, steel-toe boots) Strong attention to detail and ability to follow documented procedures Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Ability to work safely on ladders and lifts when required Why Work with Next Level Technician in West Memphis, AR?
