Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Salesforce Administrator/Business Analyst, where you'll play a crucial role in managing and optimizing Salesforce applications. This is a fantastic opportunity to work onsite in Aliso Viejo, CA, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders to drive impactful solutions. Responsibilities Manage and support various Salesforce applications and platforms across the organization. Configure Salesforce elements such as objects, fields, validation rules, and reports. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and develop Salesforce solutions. Provide Tier-2 support, assist with user acceptance testing, and manage data integrations. Support Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and potentially TrackWise Digital environments. Skills Proven experience in Salesforce Health Cloud administration. 3-4+ years of experience in Salesforce Administration. Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud environments. Ability to support integrated and validated business processes. Preferred Skills Experience with TrackWise Digital is highly advantageous. Background in medical device, life sciences, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industries is preferred.
