Salesforce Administrator Part-Time-Up to 30 Hours per
Week Location:
Sun Valley, CA Description We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our team. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining our Salesforce platform to ensure its optimal performance and efficiency. You will be responsible for creating and implementing new processes and workflows, as well as providing technical support and training to our users. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and administration Responsibilities
  • Design, configure, and maintain Salesforce.com objects, fields, record types, customizations, workflows, approval processes, and other related Salesforce components.
  • Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and workflows to meet business requirements.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users, resolving any system issues or bugs in a timely manner.
  • Train and educate users on system functionalities and new features, ensuring maximum adoption and utilization of Salesforce.
  • Conduct regular system checks and data audits to maintain data integrity and accuracy.
  • Implement and manage Salesforce solutions, including user management, data imports, and system configurations.
  • Create and manage custom objects, fields, workflows, flows, processes, and validation rules to optimize business processes and data quality.
  • Design and develop custom reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to provide valuable insights to the organization.
  • Customize and configure Salesforce using the platform's advanced features and functionalities.
  • Manage and maintain data integrity and security in Salesforce, including user management and access controls . Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and administration.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and workflows.
  • Solid understanding of CRM concepts, sales processes, and customer service principles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and interact with end-users.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
