Job Description
Description We're working with an established technology/product company seeking a Salesforce Administrator to support and enhance their Salesforce environment. This person will serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day Salesforce administration while assisting with system optimization, data quality initiatives, and upcoming platform enhancements. Responsibilities
+ Manage daily Salesforce support requests and user issues
+ Handle user access, permissions, and security updates
+ Create and maintain reports and dashboards
+ Perform data cleanup, data quality, and system health initiatives
+ Troubleshoot Salesforce platform issues and recommend improvements
+ Support ongoing Salesforce enhancements and backend administrative tasks
+ Assist with Experience Cloud site administration and partner-facing initiatives
+ Partner with internal teams on Revenue Cloud transition efforts Requirements Preferred Qualifications
+ Salesforce Administrator experience in a production environment
+ Strong understanding of Salesforce security, user management, reporting, and platform administration
+ Experience with Account Engagement (Pardot)
+ Experience with Experience Cloud
+ Exposure to Revenue Cloud and/or Salesforce CPQ
+ Experience with Stripe integrations is a plus
