Job Description
We're working with an established technology/product company seeking a Salesforce Administrator to support and enhance their Salesforce environment.
This person will serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day Salesforce administration while assisting with system optimization, data quality initiatives, and upcoming platform enhancements.
ResponsibilitiesManage daily Salesforce support requests and user issuesHandle user access, permissions, and security updatesCreate and maintain reports and dashboardsPerform data cleanup, data quality, and system health initiativesTroubleshoot Salesforce platform issues and recommend improvementsSupport ongoing Salesforce enhancements and backend administrative tasksAssist with Experience Cloud site administration and partner-facing initiativesPartner with internal teams on Revenue Cloud transition efforts
