Key Accountabilities Ensure that all MEP plant and distribution infrastructure is operated and maintained in a safe manner, to best industry practice and within manufacturers recommendations. Monitor power and environmental conditions within all critical spaces within the facility. Perform assigned maintenance tasks in accordance with SF practices utilizing the internal CMMS. Assist with planning and scheduling corrective maintenance activities Escort and support outside contractors, ensuring they are abiding SF work rules and processes Respond to site incidents, execute appropriate MOP/EOP documentation to resolve and/or mitigate issues and communicate to manage throughout event. Support and follow all SF Change Control policies and procedures. Perform site rounds and report any issues found to site management. Participate in construction and commissioning activities as directed by site management Adhere to all local, state and federal safety laws and requirements Complete other duties as assigned by the management team Participate in and support
