Description:
The Salesforce Administrator / Business Analyst is responsible for the administration, configuration, and continuous improvement of the Salesforce.com platform while serving as a business-facing analyst who translates operational needs into scalable system solutions. This role supports enterprise Salesforce implementations operating in regulated and highly integrated environments, ensuring system stability, data integrity, and alignment with validated business processes. The ideal candidate is a hybrid professional who can elicit and document requirements, design future-state processes, configure Salesforce, support integrations, and partner with business stakeholders through testing, deployment, and adoption. Salesforce Administration and Support
  • Administer and configure Salesforce (objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, flows, approvals, reports, dashboards)
  • Sales Cloud, Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and TrackWise Digital experience preferred.
  • Manage user access, profiles, permission sets, roles, and security controls
  • Provide Tier-2 support for Salesforce incidents, requests, and defects
  • Support sandbox management, releases, and controlled deployments Business Analysis & Process Design
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather, document, and validate requirements
  • Facilitate process mapping and future-state design sessions
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and Salesforce configuration
  • Maintain traceability between requirements, configuration, and testing
Testing, UAT & Change Management:
  • Support test planning, system testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Coordinate defect triage, retesting, and sign-off
  • Ensure changes follow SDLC, validation, and change control procedures Lead root cause analysis for integration incidents, driving corrective actions in coordination with engineering and platform teams. Integrations & Data
  • Support Salesforce integrations with ERP and enterprise systems (e.g., Oracle)
  • Assist with data quality, data corrections, and controlled data loads
  • Partner with integration and vendor teams for issue resolution
Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience administering Salesforce in an enterprise environment
  • Demonstrated experience functioning as a Business Analyst or Admin/BA hybrid
  • Experience supporting UAT, releases, and system changes
  • Strong understanding of business processes and systems thinking Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and/or Field Service
  • Experience supporting Salesforce integrations (APIs, middleware, iPaaS)
  • Experience in regulated environments (GxP, SOX, or similar) Key Competencies

EDUCATION
Bachelor''s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience supporting enterprise Salesforce platforms or equivalent practical experience supporting business systems in a regulated environment.
