Job Description
Job Description This individual will support a long-term data center environment for Capital Group, working across several customer sites in the West Los Angeles area. Their day-to-day responsibilities will include performing rack and stack installations, troubleshooting hardware and connectivity issues, handling break/fix activities, supporting fiber and copper infrastructure, and responding to customer requests in a production environment. The technician will work closely with another onsite technician to respond to customer requests, resolve production-impacting issues, and assist with ongoing infrastructure needs. Because this is a customer-facing role, the ideal candidate will be comfortable communicating directly with end users, managing priorities independently, and building strong relationships while delivering a high level of service. The environment is team-oriented and requires someone who can take initiative, problem-solve effectively, and thrive in a smaller, more hands-on setting. We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer that believes everyone matters. Qualified candidates will receive consideration for employment regardless of their race, color, ethnicity, religion, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, marital status, national origin, ancestry, genetic factors, age, disability, protected veteran status, military or uniformed service member status, or any other status or characteristic protected by applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances. If you need assistance and/or a reasonable accommodation due to a disability during the application or recruiting process, please send a request to HR@insightglobal.com.
