Development:

keeping our donor database accurate, processing gifts (cash and in-kind), and helping donors feel appreciated and taken care of. Some days that means running reports and checking data; other days it might mean helping the Director of Development prep for a tour, lending a hand at a donor event, pulling together materials for an appeal, or supporting a press or donor request as it comes up. No two days look quite the same, but the throughline is making sure Development runs smoothly and our donors feel valued. What You Bring 2+ years of experience working with databases (fundraising CRM experience required) Strong skills in Google and Microsoft products, including spreadsheets and mail merge Familiarity with nonprofit fundraising Great attention to detail and the ability to manage your own projects and deadlines Strong people skills, spoken and written A big heart for cats (experience with animals is a plus) Why Work With Us?
