Job Description These temporary resources will provide specialized PeopleSoft HCM expertise across Workforce Administration, Payroll, General Ledger, Security, and enterprise integration projects.
Responsibilities:
  •  Provide senior-level business systems analysis and functional support for PeopleSoft HCM initiatives, enterprise integrations, and production operations.
  •  Perform business process analysis, requirements gathering, solution design, functional specifications, fit-gap analysis, testing, implementation support, production issue investigation and resolution, and stakeholder collaboration.
  •  Support complex cross-functional initiatives involving Workforce Administration, Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, General Ledger, enterprise integrations, data conversions, security, approval workflows, and PeopleSoft-to-Cloud implementations.
  •  Collaborate with business, technical, and vendor teams to deliver enhancements, strategic projects, system upgrades, and ongoing operational support for the UCPath PeopleSoft HCM environment.

  •  Extensive experience supporting PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 in a complex enterprise environment.
  •  Senior-level business systems analysis experience including requirements gathering, functional design, testing, implementation, and production support.
  •  Experience supporting one or more PeopleSoft HCM functional areas including Workforce Administration, Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, General Ledger
  •  Experience analyzing and troubleshooting complex production issues using SQL and functional analysis.
  •  Experience supporting enterprise system integrations and cross-functional business processes.
  •  Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  •  Equivalent combination of education, training, and directly related PeopleSoft HCM experience
  •  Experience with PeopleSoft Integration Broker, REST/SOAP web services, APIs, and enterprise integrations.
  •  Experience supporting PeopleSoft-to-Cloud integrations.
  •  Experience with Excel to CI, Component Interfaces, data conversion, and mass data loads.
  •  Experience configuring or supporting Approval Workflow Engine (AWE).
  •  Experience with PeopleSoft security including roles, permission lists, row-level security, and security troubleshooting.
  •  Experience working in Agile environments using Jira or similar tools.
  •  Experience supporting large-scale ERP implementations, upgrades, or modernization initiatives.
  •  Experience supporting business process automation initiatives, including Robotic Process Automation (RPA), process analysis, and automation opportunity assessment.
  •  Experience with UCPath or another large enterprise HR/payroll implementation.
  •  Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
