Computer hardware BGP Cross-functional communication Full Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Network Engineer specializing in AI and Data Center environments to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex network infrastructures that support cutting-edge artificial intelligence applications and large-scale data center operations. Your expertise will ensure robust, secure, and high-performance network systems that enable seamless data flow, advanced security protocols, and reliable connectivity across diverse platforms. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of technology, driving efficiency and security in a fast-paced, evolving landscape. Responsibilities Design, deploy, configure, and maintain data center network infrastructure Support large-scale AI/GPU cluster networking environments Configure and troubleshoot switches, routers, firewalls, and network appliances Support high-speed Ethernet and data center network architectures Perform network monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization Diagnose network connectivity, latency, packet loss, and performance issues Support network capacity planning and infrastructure expansion Develop and maintain network documentation and operating procedures Perform network upgrades, migrations, and maintenance Work with server, storage, and infrastructure teams to resolve cross-functional issues Participate in incident response and root-cause analysis Support automation and standardization of network deployment and operations Qualifications 3-5 years of network engineering experience Hands-on experience with enterprise or data center networks Experience with large-scale data center or AI/HPC environments Strong understanding of TCP/IP, VLAN, BGP, OSPF, DNS, DHCP, and network troubleshooting Experience with data center switches and high-speed networking Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively with infrastructure teams Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting large AI/GPU clusters Experience with high-performance computing or AI infrastructure Experience with 100G/200G/400G Ethernet environments Experience with InfiniBand, RoCE, RDMA, or similar high-performance networking technologies Network automation experience using Python, Ansible, or similar tools Mandarin Chinese language skills are preferred CCNP or equivalent experience is a plus Join us to be part of a forward-thinking organization where your expertise will shape the future of AI-driven data center networks!
