Salesforce Administrator & End-User Enablement Specialist Summit One - 2.0 Poway, CA Job Details Full-time $60,000 - $80,000 a year 1 day ago Qualifications Performance dashboard reports Sales management systems support Certified Salesforce Administrator IT user and group management Salesforce User training (technical support) Salesforce Cloud Internal employee customer service Instructor-led training (training delivery method) SharePoint CRM system proficiency Data validation Training & development One-on-one instruction Software training Teaching technology use Help desk Full Job Description Position Overview Our client is seeking a full-time, in-office Salesforce Administrator & End-User Enablement Specialist based at their Poway,CA office. This role exists to give internal staff a dedicated, hands-on resource for onboarding to and troubleshooting the systems they use every day - primarily Salesforce, but extending to other tools in the broader tech stack. The primary focus is training and enablement: walking staff through new systems, answering day-to-day technical questions, and providing helpdesk-style support and hands-on guidance so the team can work confidently and independently. In addition to this training and support function, the role will absorb overflow Salesforce Administrator tasks - lower-complexity configuration and maintenance work - to give the broader Salesforce team additional bandwidth. This is secondary to the role's core purpose of supporting and training internal staff. Key Responsibilities Serve as the go-to resource for internal staff onboarding to Salesforce and other core systems in the tech stack - providing walkthroughs, hands-on training, and ongoing enablement. Provide helpdesk-style support for day-to-day technical issues, triaging and resolving requests or routing them to the right resource. Deliver one-on-one and small-group training sessions to help staff build confidence and independence with the tools they use. Create and maintain simple how-to guides, quick-reference materials, and training documentation for commonly used systems and workflows. Take on overflow Salesforce Administrator tasks - user and license management, page layouts, record types, validation rules, reports/dashboards, etc. Assist with troubleshooting of existing Flows and integrations, escalating more complex issues to the appropriate technical resource. Identify recurring pain points or knowledge gaps among staff and recommend training, documentation, or process improvements to reduce repeat issues. Partner with the broader Salesforce/IT team to stay current on system changes so training and support reflect the latest configuration. Required Qualifications 1 to 3+ years of experience in a role combining end-user support/helpdesk with hands-on Salesforce or business-systems administration. Comfortable leading training sessions and walkthroughs for non-technical staff, in person and one-on-one. Working knowledge of core Salesforce administration: users/profiles/permission sets, page layouts, record types, validation rules, process automation tools, 3rd party integrations, and reports/dashboards. Strong, patient communication style - able to explain technical concepts in plain language to a range of skill levels. Comfortable supporting multiple systems beyond Salesforce as needed, and picking up new tools quickly. Able to work in person, full-time, at the client's Poway, CA office. Preferred Qualifications Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) certification, or equivalent hands-on experience. Experience with Salesforce Flows, including troubleshooting or cleanup of existing automations. Familiarity with common connected tools such as payment processors, e-signature/contract tools (DocuSign, Conga, PandaDoc), or document management platforms (SharePoint, Google Drive). Prior experience building training materials, onboarding guides, or internal documentation. Experience using a formal ticketing system (e.g., Jira, Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Salesforce-native case management). Employment Type Full-time, direct-hire, in-house position with the client. In-person at the client's office in Poway, CA - not a remote role.
