Bachelor's degree or Maters Degree in Computer science, or a related field, with minimum 12+ Years of relevant experience. Strong experience in data center infrastructure deployments Good understanding of networking (L2/L3, firewall integration, load balancers) Hands‑on exposure to compute and virtualization (Linux/Windows, VMware/KVM) Familiarity with storage platforms (SAN, NAS, HCI preferred) Understanding of data center security and operational best practices Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of identifying and resolving complex billing issues. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
