Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our team in Stamford, Connecticut. In this role, you will oversee and optimize Salesforce systems, ensuring they align with critical business processes. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to supporting enterprise-level operations.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain Salesforce environments, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and implement solutions using Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Flow to meet organizational needs.
  • Configure and manage system security settings, including validation rules and permission models.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support mission-critical processes such as order entry, quoting, and case management.
  • Analyze and model data structures to enhance system functionality and integration.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely support to users.
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise data standards and integration patterns.
  • Lead or co-lead Salesforce platform ownership in a mid-sized or enterprise environment.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce advancements and recommend improvements to existing systems.
  • Maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and best practices.
