Salesforce Technical Lead Experience:
12+
Years Must Location:
Windsor, CT(Onsite) Required Skills and Qualifications- 12+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 7+ years in Salesforce development and architecture. Proven experience leading Salesforce development teams across onsite-offshore models. Deep technical expertise in Apex, Aura, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). Strong understanding of Salesforce core platform features - Flows, Triggers, Validation Rules, and Custom Metadata. Hands-on experience setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools like Gearset, Copado, Jenkins, or similar. Proficiency with Salesforce DX, Git, and multi-environment strategy. Strong grasp of Salesforce security, performance optimization, and scalable architecture patterns. Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications required; Application or System Architect certifications preferred. Excellent client communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
