OPS Salesforce Specialist
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Lastinger Center for Learning is looking for a full-time OPS team member to support the Enrollment/Business Operations team. This is a as needed/ time limed position.
Responsibilities:
System administration of the Salesforce environments Sandbox and development environment setup, maintenance, and testing Scope requirements, design and build solutions for enrollment and business operations Collaborate with functional areas to determine needs and use cases for business processes and automation Support reporting and data management within Salesforce environment Troubleshoot reporting, account issues, automation, and system functionality Collaborate with other Salesforce system administrators, architects, and manager to maintain the entire Salesforce ecosystem crossing all functionality and Center wide operations.
EXPECTED SALARY
$26-$30/hour
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Must have a high school diploma
PREFERRED
Salesforce Administration, Java, Flow or APEX experience.
