ABM Industries is seeking a CMMS Specialist to support reliable, efficient facility operations across diverse client environments. In this role, you will administer our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), configure assets and preventive maintenance schedules, and manage work order workflows. You will ensure data integrity, build reports and KPIs, and partner with operations and engineering to improve maintenance planning. The CMMS Specialist trains users, troubleshoots system issues, and supports safety, compliance, and audit readiness for ABM's frontline teams nationwide. Responsibilities Administer and maintain the CMMS for multiple facility sites Set up assets, PM schedules, and work order workflows Ensure data accuracy, standards, and documentation within CMMSGenerate reports and KPIs on maintenance performance and asset health Train and support technicians, supervisors, and managers on CMMS use Coordinate with operations and engineering to improve maintenance planning Troubleshoot CMMS issues and liaise with IT/vendor support Support audits, compliance, and safety documentation in the system Required Skills Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) administration Asset and preventive maintenance planning Maintenance data analysis and reporting KPI and dashboard development Work order and workflow configuration Facilities and building systems knowledge User training and documentation Excel and data export/manipulation Basic SQL or database querying Change management in operations environments
