Job Description

Salesforce Administrator - Full Time Temporary Bishop & Company has an immediate opening for s seeking a Salesforce Administrator for a full-time temporary role for a great client. This position is in Downtown Honolulu, 40 hours in office, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm and no parking is provided. •Please note only Oahu candidates will be considered at this time•The anticipated length of assignment: 2 to 3 months; but the actual length dependent on business need.
Primary Accountabilities:
Serve as the subject matter expert on Salesforce configuration capabilities. Build and maintain flows, validation rules, formula fields, page layouts, and record types. Create and manage reports and dashboards to meet user and leadership needs. Maintain user roles, permission sets, profiles, and license assignments. Troubleshoot and resolve user issues and platform errors. Ensure compliance with ITSM processes including incident, request, and change management. Contribute to governance practices such as design reviews and release schedules. Support platform performance monitoring and adoption tracking. Monitor and manage daily ticket intake including incidents, access requests, and minor enhancements. Perform regular data quality audits and deduplication. Participate in release planning and testing cycles. Support sandbox management and data refresh coordination. Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and user training. Partner with business analysts and platform lead to gather requirements and translate them into configuration solutions. Assist in facilitating user acceptance testing sessions and user training. Communicate clearly with end users on platform capabilities and updates.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED equivalency required. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. At least 2+ years of experience with Salesforce configuration and platform support required. Compensation is unique to each candidate and relative to the skills and experience they bring to the position. The salary range for this position is typically $19.35-$29.00/Hr. although it may go higher based on experience. This does not guarantee a specific salary as compensation is based upon multiple factors such as education, experience, certifications, and other requirements, and may fall outside of the above-stated range.
