Job Description

Job Description An employer in the Honolulu, HI is hiring for a Salesforce BA to join their team. This individual will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and Salesforce, working closely with users to gather requirements and translate them into scalable platform solutions. On a daily basis, they will configure and maintain Salesforce using declarative tools, including custom objects, fields, record types, page layouts, flows, and validation rules to support business processes across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud. They will play a critical role in supporting and optimizing Conga solutions, including document generation, contract automation, and CLM workflows within Salesforce. This person will also manage user administration, including roles, profiles, permission sets, and data security, while maintaining data quality through imports, exports, and governance best practices. Additionally, they will analyze current processes, identify gaps, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to drive continuous improvements and support integrations with other enterprise systems. Skills and Requirements 3+ years of experience working as a Salesforce Analyst, Administrator, or similar role supporting enterprise Salesforce environments Strong hands-on experience configuring Salesforce using declarative tools (objects, fields, flows, validation rules, reporting, etc.) Experience with Conga (Composer, Sign, or Contracts) for document generation and contract automation within Salesforce Experience supporting Docusign for Salesforce Solid understanding of Salesforce core platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud) and how they support business processes Proven ability to gather and translate business requirements into functional Salesforce solutions while collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders Experience supporting Salesforce integrations with other enterprise systems and data exchange concepts Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field Experience in development or scripting
