Job Description

Our growing client in Des Moines is seeking a Amazon Connect Developer to design, develop, optimize, and support Amazon Connect solutions. The individual will support and enhance 16 customer contact centers' operation. This person will rotate with two other developers in managing production support one out of every three weeks. This position requires strong verbal and written communication skills as the individual selected will collaborate closely with our Data & Integration team and our telephony business (non-technical) users.
