Job Description

Our client, a leading organization in environmental health, safety, and sustainability, is seeking a Data Administrator to join their team. As a Data Administrator, you will be part of the Environmental, Health, Safety, and Sustainability department supporting chemical management and compliance initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach to data accuracy and regulatory adherence, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job? Maintain and ensure the quality, accuracy, and compliance of chemical data and records across SAP and chemical management systems Perform data entry, data cleanup, and auditing of chemical records to meet regulatory standards Support regulatory reporting and documentation efforts related to chemical management Analyze data, prepare reports, and present findings to support environmental and safety initiatives Assist in general program support activities to promote a safe and compliant work environment What's Needed? An associate's degree in a science-related field or equivalent experience Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex, structured datasets Proficiency with Excel and familiarity with data management tools Ability to follow documented processes and work independently on repetitive, critical tasks Familiarity with chemical data concepts such as CAS numbers, SDSs, or regulatory lists is a plus What's in it for me?
