Job Description
Job Description Supports the commissioning of multiple projects and other design and engineering initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry standards. Builds relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to communicate expectations and ensure reports on project updates are provided. Monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) throughout systems testing to identify and report on trends and anomalies. Understands quality and safety standards and prioritizes safety throughout project lifecycle. Required to relocate to the Northern Virginia area.
Responsibilities KeyResponsibilities Project Management-Strategy Alignment:
- Supports the commissioning of multiple projects and other design and engineering initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry standards.
- Provides expert input for contract administration including generation and review of contracts, change orders, cost forecasts, and other pertinent documents.
- Communicates across teams to help secure the budget and resources required for timely project completion.
Project Management-Relationship Management:
- Builds relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to communicate expectations and ensure reports on project updates are provided.
Project Management-Technical Documentation:
- Develops commissioning scripts and related technical documentation.
- Collaborates with the general contractor to develop Systems Manuals documentation to serve as a reference for Data Center Operations personnel.
Systems Design & Specifications:
- Collaborates with engineering teams to create data center designs and specifications that align to operations and reliability requirements (e.
Implementation-Testing:
- Monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) throughout systems testing to identify and report on trends and anomalies.
Implementation-Troubleshooting/Issue Resolution:
- Resolves moderately complex, non-routine issues with implementing mechanical and electrical systems.
- Identifies common and repeating cases of issues and escalates to leads.
- Applies best practices to troubleshoot and mitigate issues and reduce recurrence by aligning with major stakeholders.
Implementation-Quality & Safety:
- Understands quality and safety standards and prioritizes safety throughout project lifecycle.
- Contributes to developing training programs for teams to ensure alignment on safety standards.
- Stays up to date on industry standards and best practices.
- Ensures external stakeholders and vendors maintain compliance with quality and safety guidelines.
- Reports safety and security issues as they arise.

- Develops ideas, recommends updates, and/or collaborates on the implementation of process improvements to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of processes, protocols, and workflows across teams, and evaluates the impact on key stakeholders.
Performance and Development:
- Contributes to the talent development pipeline by participating in candidate interviews, assessing candidates, and providing hiring recommendations.

Hiring Range in USD from: $97,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity. Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
