What You'll Do As a Telecommunications Technician, you'll help build and maintain the technology that keeps businesses connected.

Daily responsibilities include:

+ Installing and supporting telecommunications systems

+ Pulling and installing Cat5 and Cat6 cabling

+ Performing cable terminations and punch-downs

+ Assisting with structured cabling projects

+ Troubleshooting connectivity and network issues

+ Working with routers, switches, and telecommunication equipment

+ Maintaining project documentation and inventory records

+ Following safety standards and best practices

+ Learning valuable technical skills that can grow into a long-term career What We're Looking For We are seeking individuals with the right attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred Backgrounds:

+ Trade school or vocational program graduates

+ Telecommunications, electrical, networking, or IT students

+ Cable installers or low-voltage technicians

+ Construction or hands-on technical experience

+ Military technical experience

+ VoIP & PBX Technologies Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Wayne, IN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
