Test and repair data center components using various testing rigs and jigs. Record test results in the Warehouse Management System (WMS). Receive parts, maintain inventory, and check-out parts as needed. Diagnose hardware and network problems followed by physical repairs. Participate in team meetings for metric analysis and achievement of daily/weekly goals. Ability to safely lift and move equipment, parts, and materials as required throughout the shift. Must be comfortable working in a warehouse/data center environment that requires passing through metal detectors and security screening procedures when entering and exiting the facility. What's Needed? Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and a strong focus on quality. Basic to intermediate system administration skills. Ability to execute small projects independently and collaborate on larger projects. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes. What's in it for me?
