Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Database Engineer to lead SQL Server performance, reporting optimization, and data platform modernization. What You'll Do Optimize and monitor SQL Server performance across production systems Resolve bottlenecks (queries, blocking, deadlocks, IO, memory) Design and maintain indexing, stored procedures, views, and functions Refactor legacy SQL and enforce coding/performance standards Support reporting workloads and Power BI performance Partner with analytics and application teams on data delivery Contribute to modern data architecture (hybrid SQL Server / Microsoft Fabric) Troubleshoot production issues and document best practices What You Bring 8+ years of SQL Server (or equivalent RDBMS) experience Expert-level query optimization and execution plan analysis Strong indexing and performance tuning background Experience supporting reporting and data pipelines What is in it for you?
