Job Description
Do:
Provide clinical and educational leadership for a caseload of students, ensuring individualized programming supports meaningful progress across school and residential settings. Supervise, mentor, and develop direct care and educational staff through ongoing coaching, performance feedback, modeling, and hands-on training. Collaborate closely with families, interdisciplinary teams, and external stakeholders to promote consistent, student-centered support and positive outcomes. Apply current research and evidence-based practices in ABA and special education to guide effective treatment and educational programming. Monitor student progress and proactively adjust clinical and educational interventions to ensure programs remain effective, individualized, and data-driven. Conduct and interpret behavioral assessments to develop, implement, and refine behavior support plans and clinical recommendations. Participate in direct clinical observations and provide ongoing oversight of program implementation within both school and residential environments. What You llNeed:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with required supervision credentials. Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA) Experience in providing staff training and supervisionNECC CALM
