Primary Duties +
Responsibility:
Administer and maintain Salesforce CRM to ensure accurate, complete, and consistent data Own data health across Salesforce and integrated platforms including HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Zymewire, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator Manage and remediate data challenges created by historical org mergers and acquisitions Define, document, and enforce data standards for accounts, contacts, leads, and opportunities Monitor and troubleshoot integrations to ensure data sync accuracy and reliability Implement and maintain data quality controls such as validation rules, deduplication processes, and cleanup routines Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Business Development teams to support CRO‑specific workflows Identify data risks that could impact reporting, forecasting, or revenue performance Maintain clear documentation of system processes, data definitions, and best practices Recommend practical improvements to improve usability and trust in CRM data Veristat is an equal opportunity employer.
