- Exadata DBA serves as technical lead within the Infrastructure's Database and Middleware team.
Required Qualifications Education :
BS/BA Degree in Business, Computer Science, or other technical discipline. MA/MS Degree preferred. Will consider additional years of relevant experience and/or related technical certifications in lieu of degree requirement (in accordance with the FLSA Computer Professionals Exemption). Meet at least one of the following: AS Technical Related Degree with 8 years' technical experience. BS Technical Related Degree with 6 years' technical experience MS Technical Related Degree with 4 years' technical experience Minimum of four (4) years' experience working with Oracle Exadata database machines. Oracle Exadata expertise including managing storage cells, compute nodes, and network RoCE switches Experience in Oracle Enterprise Linux (OEL)/Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), and Unix Operating systems Scripting skills using Unix/Linux shells, Python, or other similar scripting languages. Proven ability to lead technical teams or mentor junior colleagues Strong troubleshooting, incident management, and diagnostic skills Experience with enterprise environments and ITIL-oriented workflows Understanding of Oracle Processor-Core metrics and Exadata-specific software licensing models Excellent communication and collaboration skills #LI-Onsite #LI-VF1Company:
