  • Extensive Salesforce experience including Admin, Apex, LWC, Aura, Flows, Communities, and Conga Composer.
  • Knowledge of Agile and Azure DevOps.
  • Experience with SQL Server, Oracle, Java, .NET, JavaScript, and REST.
  • Experience developing SOWs, RFPs, and procurement documentation.
  • A bachelor's degree is required
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Veteran Preferred Qualified veterans encouraged to apply.
  • Scrum Master certified.
  • Experience with microservices, integrations, and distributed architecture.
  • Experience mentoring analysts.
Responsibilities 1. Salesforce Platform Leadership (Primary Duty Area) Serve as the senior business analyst for all Salesforce-based systems supporting DMVA and MVH. Lead discovery, documentation, and validation of requirements for Salesforce Admin, Apex classes, Flows, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Communities/Portals, and Conga Composer. Translate business needs into Salesforce-ready specifications Including user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, data definitions, and configuration guidelines. Review and advise on design solutions, custom components, integration patterns, and security models related to Salesforce development. Ensure Salesforce implementations align with DTMB enterprise standards, architecture principles, and security frameworks including
NIST SP 80053.
Manage sprint backlogs, releases, and defect remediation using Azure DevOps (ADO). Support Salesforce integrations involving REST APIs, SQL Server, Oracle, Azure services, microservices, and legacy systems. 2. Requirements Analysis & Business Process Reengineering Lead requirements elicitation and prioritization across multiple stakeholder groups. Develop detailed documentation including functional specifications, use cases, workflows, process diagrams, and business rules. Conduct business process reviews and redesign workflows to optimize efficiency. Ensure requirements meet quality standards using Azure DevOps. 3. Technical Collaboration Partner with Solutions Architects to convert requirements into technical designs. Participate in architecture reviews for Salesforce and other DMVA systems. Review technical specifications for feasibility and compliance. Prepare cost-benefit analyses, ROI assessments, and TCO evaluations. Support security reviews and vulnerability remediation. 4. Agile Delivery & Project Coordination Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, backlog refinement, and reviews. Ensure user stories are complete, testable, and aligned with standards. Track risks, dependencies, and project impacts. 5. Communication & Customer Service Serve as the liaison between business, technical teams, leadership, and vendors. Communicate requirements clearly for technical and non-technical audiences. Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure transparency. 6. Security, Compliance, and Quality Assurance Ensure solutions meet DTMB security standards and NIST controls. Develop security documentation including SSPs, risk assessments, and POA&Ms. Coordinate security scans and remediation. Support QA activities ensuring requirements are testable.
