Type:
full-time Tenant Quality Representative New Florence, MO Onsite Key Responsibilities Manage QA/QC activities and ensure compliance with standards. Conduct site inspections, audits, and Quality Health Assessments (QHA). Inspect electrical, mechanical, structural, MEP, and controls systems. Support commissioning, FAT, FWT, and functional testing. Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, QA/QC and commissioning plans. Identify and manage quality risks, non-conformances, and corrective actions. Track issues using BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC). Coordinate with contractors, developers, vendors, commissioning teams, and engineers. Attend OAC and quality meetings and drive issue resolution. Prepare inspection reports, weekly quality reports, metrics, risks, and project updates. Ensure project/equipment readiness for commissioning and final turnover. Must-Have Experience Data center / mission-critical / industrial construction QA/QC Electrical & Mechanical/MEP Commissioning FAT/FWT Construction inspection/audit Technical drawings & specifications Quality issue/non-conformance management Strong stakeholder communication Preferred Data center construction experience
BIM 360 / ACC
