Enterprise BI Technology (EBIT) team is seeking a

PBIRS / SQL

Platform Admin to support the SSRS to Power BI Report Server (PBIRS) migration initiative and ongoing platform growth. This role will focus on supporting the PBIRS environment, managing the underlying SQL Server databases, and assisting with platform scalability as additional nodes and users are onboarded. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in SQL Server administration and report server operations and be able to operate effectively in a fast-paced, production support environment. Required Qualifications 6+ years of SQL Server administration experience Hands-on experience supporting SSRS and/or Power BI Report Server Strong knowledge of SQL Server Agent, jobs, and scheduling Experience monitoring and troubleshooting SQL Server performance Proficiency with T-SQL for querying and diagnostics Understanding of Windows Server services and permissions Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and escalate issues appropriately Good verbal and written communication skills Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field Desired Qualifications Experience supporting Power BI Report Server (PBIRS) in a scale?out or high?usage environment Working knowledge of SSRS to PBIRS migration patterns Familiarity with monitoring tools for SQL Server and reporting workloads Experience supporting enterprise BI platforms in a regulated or large?scale environment Exposure to Power BI Service or cloud BI platforms Ability to document operational processes and troubleshooting steps Experience working in Agile or ITIL?based support models Dexian stands at the forefront of Talent + Technology solutions with a presence spanning more than 70 locations worldwide and a team exceeding 10,000 professionals.
