Job Description

We are seeking a hands-on Oracle Engineer for a 6-month contract role based in Charlotte, North Carolina. This position requires an experienced professional capable of independently managing Oracle database issues, optimizing query performance, and supporting production systems. Responsibilities Analyze and resolve data issues independently Debug and maintain existing stored procedures and packages Troubleshoot query performance and optimize execution plans Support production database issues and incidents Navigate and work with complex database schemas Write and execute data validation and reconciliation scripts Troubleshoot Oracle connectivity and database errors Qualifications Required 6-10 years of hands-on Oracle database experience Advanced SQL skills Advanced PL/SQL skills Preferred Working knowledge of Java, particularly JDBC and database connectivity Ability to read, debug, and troubleshoot Java code that interacts with Oracle
