Back to jobs Salesforce Consultant Charlotte, North Carolina, United States Apply Salesforce Consultant Candidate has the option to sit within any of our market locations: Charlotte, NC; Atlanta, GA; Raleigh, NC; DallasFort Worth, TX; Indianapolis, IN. Hylaine is searching for a skilled and innovative Salesforce Professional with hands-on experience in OmniStudio (formerly Vlocity) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, expertise in OmniStudio tools, and a passion for delivering high-quality, scalable solutions. This role involves designing, configuring, and implementing end-to-end Salesforce solutions that drive operational efficiency and enhance customer experiences. What you'll need: 1. OmniStudio Development o Design and implement Salesforce OmniStudio solutions, including OmniScripts, DataRaptors, FlexCards, and Integration Procedures. o Build dynamic, user-friendly interfaces using OmniStudio's declarative tools. 2. Salesforce Configuration & Customization o Configure Salesforce core components to align with business requirements. o Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. 3. Integration & Automation o Integrate Salesforce with external systems using
REST/SOAP
APIs and OmniStudio tools. o Automate processes using Flow Builder, Apex, and OmniStudio's declarative automation tools. 4. Testing & Quality Assurance o Perform unit testing and support QA processes to ensure solutions meet business requirements. o Monitor and troubleshoot issues within Salesforce and OmniStudio components. 5. Documentation & Training o Create detailed documentation for implemented solutions and provide training to end-users as required. o Maintain up-to-date records of Salesforce configurations and customizations. 6. Collaboration & Innovation o Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, business analysts, and stakeholders. o Stay current with Salesforce updates and new OmniStudio features to ensure best practices.
Requirements:
    Salesforce Certification:

    Salesforce OmniStudio Developer, Salesforce Administrator, or Salesforce Platform App Builder].
    • Proven experience with Salesforce and OmniStudio tools (OmniScripts, DataRaptors, FlexCards, Integration Procedures).
    • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and data models.
    • Proficiency in declarative development with knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) as a plus.
